I stayed here for a week of skiing, and the location was perfect, just a short walk from the cable car station heading to the Matterhorn Glacier Express. The breakfast buffet had a great selection that really fueled my mornings on the slopes. After a day of skiing, the wellness room was an excellent way to unwind, with a jacuzzi and sauna to ease those tired muscles.

The location is a stone's throw from the ski lifts, making it convenient for slopes access. The wellness spa, featuring a jacuzzi and sauna, is a perfect retreat after a day of outdoor activities. my room offered exceptional views of the Matterhorn that were simply mesmerizing.
The room decor could use some updating to enhance comfort and modernity.

Breathtaking Matterhorn views from the room's balcony are unforgettable. Wellness facilities featuring jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room are perfect for post-ski relaxation.
The hotel feels outdated and in need of maintenance, with dirty bathrooms and insufficient lighting creating a less-than-ideal atmosphere. Breakfast options were limited and unappetizing, with cold coffee and stale pastries. Rooms can feel cramped, with some missing basic upkeep like broken fixtures.

how disappointing! the room was cramped and poorly lit, reminiscent of a dingy hostel. breakfast? cold coffee and stale pastries—absolutely revolting! i expected at least a complimentary gesture upon check-in, but i guess kindness isn't part of their package. almost could've given this a good review, but alas, it’s just not possible.

Zermatt magic ✨
Super close to the cable car, so getting to the slopes was a breeze. Eli at reception was a chommie, he helped us out loads and even let us have the spa all to ourselves! Plus, the brekkie was really lekker—what a way to start the day!
Bathrooms could use an extractor fan, yeah, just a slight thing.

Spectacular Views of the Matterhorn
The view of the Matterhorn from my room's balcony was absolutely breathtaking, a true highlight of the stay. The breakfast offered a range of delicious options, made even better by the attentive service where they would take your coffee order right at your table. Being just a short walk from the cable car was super convenient for hitting the slopes. I felt that the hotel could benefit from a few updates to the furnishings to enhance the overall comfort.

Couple seeking romance
The view from our balcony was breathtaking, absolutely unreal being that close to such a famous mountain. Our dinners were pretty good considering the usual Swiss prices, and the chef really knows his stuff, must be the Italian influence, huh?
This place wasn't cheap, but for the location, it was still reasonable enough.

This place suits me perfectly, offering a lovely spa & wellness centre, ski storage, and free wi-fi. On my first stay, the staff returned my forgotten headphones, which I really appreciated. I recommend enjoying the vegan breakfast options!
